Your name, birthdate, and zip code (“Age Verification Information”) when attempting to access the Websites on a new device for the first time from a jurisdiction which requires age verification before accessing the Websites.
Your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, and password when you create an Account. While you can browse our online stores without opening an account, you will need to create an account in order to make purchases and take advantage of certain features.
When you make a purchase using a credit card, we collect your name and billing address for the card, the card type, number and expiration date. We collect this information in order to verify your billing address. You can choose to save your billing information for one or more credit cards in "Your Account." You may change or delete this saved information anytime. Simply go to Your Account, log-in with your username and password and edit whatever personal information you wish.
For DVD customers and for catalog requests, we also collect a U.S. postal address when you complete a catalog request that allows us to ship your purchase and mail your catalog.
From time to time we conduct surveys and contests via our Websites, or through email or other forms of media. If you chose to participate, we may request your name, email address, mailing address and other personal information in connection with such participation.
We may also ask for personal information when you contact Customer Service. This will allow us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity.

Information we collect automatically: As is true with most websites, we collect certain information automatically. This information includes:

Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, your computer's operating system, browser type, and the IP address of a referring site, if any.

Geolocation data, which is collected by our streaming applications, although precise geolocation data is not collected from our GPS sensors. However, we do collect IP addresses from which we may be able to determine your general location for lawful purposes such as fraud prevention and currency options.

5. Age of Consent

The Websites contain sexually-oriented adult material and are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We may require various documents and information for our third party service providers to verify the age of users in certain jurisdictions. If you do not opt-in to receive periodic news and updates from us, the only email messages you will receive from EmpireStores.co are emails to confirm any purchases you make on our site, let you know your order has been shipped, respond to your Help Desk inquiries and to respond to inquiries you may ask about our site.

7. Your Control of Your Personal Information

We may ask you to provide Age Verification Information, and we may deny you access to the Websites until you provide your Age Verification Information and pass our age verification process. While we may ask you to provide the Age Verification Information, you understand and agree that the Age Verification Information is actually being collected by our third-party age verification service provider and used solely for the purpose of age verification. We never have access to the Age Verification Information, and our third-party age verification service provider automatically deletes your Age Verification Information after the age verification process is complete.

Creating an account lets us provide a better shopping experience for you and allows you to make purchases more conveniently without having to re-enter your payment and shipping information each time you make a purchase on our site. Although you must create an account in order to purchase products, it is not necessary to open an account to visit our site.

As an existing customer, you can modify your personal information anytime. Simply log into Your Account then click "Contact Information" and edit whatever information you wish. To have your Personal Information deleted, please log into Your Account and follow the procedures for deleting your Personal Information. Once you request to have your personal information be deleted, it will be permanently removed by and from Ravana, LLC, along with your complete purchase history and library within thirty (30) days of your deletion, unless we are required by law to maintain the Personal Information.

8. Notices to Non-U.S. Residents

The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) grants certain rights to individuals in the EU related to our processing of their personal data. Under the GDPR, Ravana, LLC is the data controller of your personal data, and you may contact Ravana at privacy@adultempire.com. The purposes of our processing are set out in the 'Uses of Information' section of this Privacy Policy.

The lawful basis for our processing of Information You Provide to Us is to perform or take steps to perform a contract with you (e.g., complete a sale) and the personal data you provide is necessary to consummate the sale.
